General Notes: For all rate add 13% tax
- All Rent/Charges are paid in advance on their due date.
- After 10 days past due, management reserves the right to order that the tenants vacate the premises.
- Reservations are necessary November thru March
- Reservation cancellation requires 20 days’ notice in writing, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will be forfeited. Full deposit
forfeited if within 20 days of scheduled arrival. Sorry, NO Credit days and NO holding deposit for next month or year.
- Check-In 12:00 P.M./Check-Out 11:00 A.M.
- No show, no refund; 1st reservations change NO charge, after 2nd reservation change fee charge $20.00.
- Dogs up to 40 lbs. are permitted. No Aggressive breeds allowed such as Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, - Chows and
Akitas. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
- Parking Fees: $100/month, $50/week & $10/daily (Oversized $150.00/month)plus tax
- Dump Fee: $25.00 (storage with electric $150.00) (East side)
- Parking with Dump $ 110.00 //Parking on site No electricity $ 175.00 (does not apply for storage customers)
