Weekly ($50.00 Deposit): $250.00 (+ 13% tax)
Monthly ($200.00 Deposit) RV 30 AMP: $640.00 (Utilities Included) (+
13% tax)
Monthly ($200.00 Deposit) RV 50 AMP: $685.00 (+ 13% tax), also pull-thru.
Electricity includes 1500KWh only. Overage: $0.18 per KWh.
Off-Peak Season (April 1 – September 30)
Daily ($20.00 Deposit): $30.00 (+ 13% tax)
Weekly ($50.00 Deposit): $200.00 (+ 13% tax)
Monthly ($200.00 Deposit): $525.00 RV 30 AMP (Utilities Included) (+
13% tax)
Monthly ($200.00 Deposit): $575.00 50 AMP (Utilities Included) (+
13% tax)
Note: Additional persons are $7.00 per day, $40.00 per week, $85.00

General Notes: February weekly rate only:
- Reservations are necessary November thru March
- Reservations cancellations requires 20 days notice in writing and a
$50.00 cancellation fee will be forfeited. Full deposit forfeited if
within 20 days of scheduled arrival. Sorry No “Credit days” or holding
deposit for next month or year
- Check-in 12:00 P.M. / Check-out 11:00 A.M.
- NO show no refund; First reservations there is no charge. After
second reservation fee charge $20.00
- Dogs up to 40 lbs. are permitted. No aggressive breeds allowed such
as Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows and Akitas. Pets must be
leashed and cleaned up after.
- Storage Fees: $110.00 per month, $50.00 per week, $10.00 daily.
Oversized $150.00 per month
- Dump Fee: $25.00
- Storage with Dump $125.00
