Seasonal Rates

Seasonal rates apply to guests checking in between January 15 and March 15. During this period, only weekly rates or a two-month advance payment (due on the day of check-in) are available. Monthly rates will not be offered. Seasonal rates do not apply to check ins before or after these dates

All deposits less than $200 are non-refundable. All deposits of $200 or more have a $50 cancellation fee. All $200 card deposits have a $50 cancellation fee and $7 transaction fee. If you cancel your reservation 20 days or less before your check in date you forfeit your deposit.
