Weekly: $50.00 $383.82 + tax = $433.72
Monthly 30 AMP: $200.00 $1,026.50 + tax = $1159.95
Monthly 50 AMP: $200.00 $1,111.16. + tax = $1255.61

Monthly 50 AMP (42FT and longer) $200.00 $1,199.65 + tax = $1,355.61

Pull Through Monthly: $200.00 $1,267/50 + tax = $1,560.00

Guests who check in from January 15 to March 15 are offered weekly rate or two months in advance. Guests will not be offered monthly rates.

Electricity includes 1500KW/h only. Overage: $0.20 per KW/h)
Late payment after 5 days $25.00 fee, after 10 days $50.00 fee. Return check Fee $35.00

Cabin & RV Rental REQUIRE A $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

All vehicles require insurance, tag, good condition

All deposits less than $200 are non-refundable. All deposits of $200 or more have a $50 cancellation fee. All $200 card deposits have a $50 cancellation fee and $7 transaction fee. If you cancel your reservation 20 days or less before your check in date you forfeit your deposit.
